SUSTAINABLE ART, IMPACTFUL COMMUNITY.

Beginning September 26, 2026, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts puts Chiharu Shiota's work on display in her largest solo exhibition to date, The Soul Trembles. The exhibition covers around three decades of Shiota's work, who is known for her exploration of the symbolic significance of objects. The exhibition is broadly concerned with the process of creation and existence, speaking to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of Life on Land.
